Suzi Welch

Suzi Welch is a military spouse and full-time Realtor who has served Northern Virginia since 2016 and Washington, D.C. since 2018, working with buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, and investors. She and her husband are real estate investors themselves, having owned both long-term and short-term residential rental properties.

Suzi grew up in Northern Virginia, so she knows the area well — and as a military spouse, she also understands the unique nature of a military PCS. Through her business, she donates a portion of each commission to charity, including Settle the Debt, which pays off students' unpaid school meal debt in Prince William County, VA.
