Clint Bailey's real estate journey began in 2018 while he was serving on active duty in Navy Special Operations. After using his VA loan to buy and strategically invest in real estate, he saw firsthand how powerful the benefit can be when it's paired with the right guidance. While stationed in San Diego he earned his real estate license and started helping military families and other clients buy and sell throughout Southern California.
Having personally navigated military moves, VA financing, and investing, Clint understands what comes with PCS orders, tight timelines, and buying a home from across the country. Today he serves buyers and sellers throughout the Camp Lejeune area and coastal North Carolina, helping service members, veterans, and their families make confident decisions.
For clients PCSing outside his market, Clint offers access to a nationwide network of vetted agents — no matter where the military sends you, he can connect you with someone who will take care of your family. When he's not working he's usually surfing or near the water with his wife and three children.
