Brad Osterman

Brad Osterman — “The Mortgage Colonel” — grew up in southern Minnesota and was commissioned as an Aviation officer out of the University of North Dakota. Over a 28-year Army career he flew tactical missions and served in staff roles at every level, retiring as a Colonel in 2022 from U.S. Special Operations Command at MacDill AFB, FL.

Brad and his wife Adrienne have three children and own and manage four investment and short-term rental properties. As a multiple-time homeowner and active investor himself, he gives borrowers the kind of experience he always wanted as a client.

With 300+ loans funded, Team Osterman specializes in VA loans and investment-property acquisition, with lending capabilities in all 50 states.
