Bradley Osterman is Army Special Operations veteran recently retired after 28 years of active federal service. Brad’s upbringing in rural Minnesota set the foundation early for hard work, honesty and family values, which he put to work to lead small and large formations of Army soldiers, aviators, and families. He realized as he approached retirement that helping military families was his passion. His long relationship with ADPI lead him to become a mortgage lender well before he retired in order to assume the mantle of leadership as the Director of Lending for ADPI.

As a part of the Active Duty Passive Income team, Brad lives his passion by educating the industry on how ADPI and American Mortgage Network can assist ADPI members through their real estate investing journey by analyzing each individual members scenario, goals and intent to help them acquire appropriate funding solutions.

As a life long landlord and property investor, Brad lives and breathes real estate investing and applies that knowledge to assist the community in achieving and maximizing their passive income goals.

Brad lives near Tampa, FL with his wife and three children and is dedicated to the customer service experience. Finding solutions for ADPI Families is his mission and his passion all rolled together.
